uDivorce.co.uk offers an internet service for those with family difficulties who wish to handle their own matter as a Litigant in Person but require legal advice and assistance from time to time. As part of our service, uDivorce.co.uk also offers the internet user, a full solicitor service that you may transfer onto at any time during your matter. It is essential to get your paperwork correct if you do not wish to have your application rejected by the court.

Consultations take place at our office in Bedford and also in Milton Keynes or Cambridge by arrangement.

- Your application for Directions (to obtain the Decree Nisi) and Affidavit in Support cost £58.75
- For financial remedies:-
- Drafting your Form E (Financial Statement), cost £500
- Drafting and advising you on how best to use your Form E, cost £720
- One hour Initial advice to those attending mediation; advising on the financial remdies available to you and giving an initial opinion on your financial status and a possible settlement, cost £408
- Perusing all financial documents (both sides) whether for mediation or a court application and advising you in conference on your options and what settlement offer to put forward, cost £816
