Who We Are
Charles Young has been in practice since 1963 and specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing, Wills and Probate. He worked in Jamaica from 1970-1973 for a large law firm specialising in the hotel and condominum industry. On returning to England in 1973, he started Young & Co. and has practised in Bedford ever since. He is very often instructed to act for family members through the generations. Charles's assistant is Catherine who has been with the firm since 1985.
Nick Crocker has been a partner of Young & Co. since 1979. He specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing, Wills and Probate; employment and general civil litigation. He is also a specialist in disptues relating to the motor trade. Nick's secretary is Ann who has been with the firm since 1995.
Both partners are specialists in connection with Housing Associations and Shared Ownerships.
Patricia Young, is the assistant solicitor. She has an honours degree in Law from the University of London. Patricia was called to the Bar in 1997 and became a solicitor in 1998. She specialises in all aspects of family law and runs uDivorce.co.uk, the internet arm of the family law department at Young & Co. She has specialist knowledge of acting for the Armed Forces on family difficulties.
Patricia is a member of Resolution and Lincoln's Inn.
