Inheritance Claims

Sometimes when a person dies, no provision was made for someone being maintained by the deceased at the time of death.  This happens when spouses separate and one dies leaving no provisions for the other or one spouse dies during the divorce process before the decree absolute was granted or a minor child was excluded from a Will.

Inheritance claims are time limited and so you must act quickly as you have six months from the date of the grant of Probate to make your claim.
